Grouped here are sources for 10-K and other SEC filings, as well as Annual Report to Shareholders.

   For recent filings:

• Morningstar Investment Research Center

• Official filings to the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) are searchable on the agency's EDGAR site
• For historical reports of 700 major corporations, library has on microfilm (Library Services Center: HG4028.B2 A55x):       
•     Annual Reports of the Major American Companies - set is from about 1920 to 1978.
• Also, the "Moody's Manuals", from about 1910-2000 sometimes included the President's Letter - Mergent Archives (replaces our print volumes)

As private companies do not have audited financial statements, the following databases have estimates of financial data for U.S. companies.

Each state has a commission or dept. that reports on campaign finance.
