Submission of publications related to DoD grant funding is required when the article has been accepted for publication. Submissions go to DTIC, the existing system the Department of Defense uses for providing access to technical research, development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) information.
Details on submission processes have not been provided by DoD at this time. The DoD plans to develop a system that will enable the submission of final, peer reviewed manuscripts or final published articles. This guide will be updated when new information is available.
