Submission of publications related to NSF grant funding is required when the article has been accepted for publication, starting in January 2016. Submissions will go to the the NSF Public Access Repository, which is in beta at http://par.nsf.gov/.
Submissions are processed through research.gov. For more information about the submission process, the NSF has posted tutorials and guides for authors.
NOTE: Submission to SMARTech or other institutional repositories does not fulfill the requirements. Submission must be to the PAR through research.gov.
