LibGuides Rubric

This guide helps you understand the expectations for LibGuides

Excellent

LibGuide is instructional in nature: audience is specific and sets of tasks are delineated/supported.

Good example:

Screenshot of the patents and trademarks LibGuide. It tells users what they can expect, primes them with necessary information, and addresses small business owners specifically

Needs Improvement

LibGuide is mostly instructional in nature. There is some edifying, non-task-based information on the guide. Some tasks are delineated.

Unsatisfactory

LibGuide has extensive information assets such as hours of operation, Library news, or other information better hosted on the Library Drupal site. No obvious task served by the LibGuide.
